Changes to our site

We may update our site from time to time and may change its content at any time. However, any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Our site is made available free of charge. However, we do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

Joining and leaving as a member

A "user" applies for membership by entering member information in the registration form set by the "Company" and stating that they agree to these terms. The "Company" registers as members the users who apply in this way, unless one of the following applies:

The registration information is false, incomplete or contains errors

The user has registered using another person's personal information

The Company completes registration by accepting the user's application. If a member's registered information on the "McQueens Flowers site" changes, the member must notify the Company or correct it immediately in the way the Company specifies. The Company may restrict or suspend membership in the following cases:

The member registered with false information

The member has used another person's personal information, such as their email address (ID) or mobile number

If the Company ends a membership, it deletes the member's registration. In that case the Company notifies the member and gives them at least 30 days to explain before the registration is deleted.

Notices

When the "Company" sends a notice to a particular user or "member", it may do so by the email address or text message agreed and designated in advance. For notices to members in general, the "Company" may post the notice on the site for at least one week instead of notifying each member.

If you choose, or are given, a user identification code, password or any other information as part of our security procedures, you must treat that information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

Except where the "Company" is responsible under the relevant laws or the consent to the collection and use of personal information, each "user" is responsible for managing their own email address (ID) and password. A "user" must not let a third party use their email address (ID) or password. If a "user" learns that their email address (ID) or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, they must tell the "Company" immediately and follow any instructions from the "Company". If a "user" breaks these obligations, the "Company" may restrict the user's account and use of the service.

Interactive services

We may from time to time provide interactive services on our site, such as live chat.

Where we do provide any interactive service, we will provide clear information to you about the kind of service offered, whether it is moderated and what form of moderation is used (including whether it is human or technical).

We will do our best to assess any possible risks for users (and in particular, for children) from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our site, and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in breach of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.

The use of any of our interactive services by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. We advise parents who permit their children to use an interactive service that it is important that they communicate with their children about their safety online, as moderation is not foolproof. Minors who are using any interactive service should be made aware of the potential risks to them.

Where we do moderate an interactive service, we will normally provide you with a means of contacting the moderator, should a concern or difficulty arise.
